MatchControllerOverride and LocationLifecycleServiceOverride seem to cause issues for other mods wanting to override anything after (Like: InRaidHelper)

Attached a sample mod provided by @sgtlaggy below, this can be ran to either test if the issue is still there or see if this issue has been resolved (With the proper behavior being seeing the red debug text in the console)
