нулевой шаг) попросить у @parfenovma доступы в базу бекендов и двх + проверить есть ли доступ в эирфлоу (тест + прод)

  1. в dwh-definitions сделать аналогичные схемам в бекенде (redirect-api) по аналогии с остальными STG табличками

  2. написать даг upload_api_redirect (можно посмотреть аналогичные)

  3. проверить что всё работает
