Possible Improvements:

• The interface is not responsive.
• The interface is not intuitive. It should guide the user in steps.
• The JS files and font icons require an update. Some files are 4+ years old with outdated and deprecated libraries. A full re-design of the sample avatar might be an easier approach than fixing the current one.
