Oakd_camera_driver and flask_app_driver reuse some of the same code.
Need to combine it.

camera_data_loader.py : to read the yaml file for camera id's.
check_camera.py : to ping the cameras.
models/ : NN models are stored

Need to be in a different package, utills/ common.
