feat: OAuth integration testing for Connect and Workbench

Summary

Add tests for OAuth-based integrations in Connect and Workbench — not login authentication, but product-level OAuth integration features (e.g., Snowflake, GitHub, etc.).

Context

Feedback from Solutions Engineering presentation (2026-04-07). Customers use OAuth integrations within Connect and Workbench to connect to external services. VIP should validate these integrations work correctly after deployment.

Scope

• Identify the OAuth integration features available in Connect and Workbench
• Add test scenarios for common integrations (Snowflake, GitHub, etc.)
• Add configuration options in vip.toml for specifying which integrations to test
• Ensure tests are non-destructive and work across auth providers

I just ran into this when running against a Snowflake-hosted Connect instance. I'd be happy to test this out when it's ready though!
