Simplified template 'remove' function not available under customized template (UAlberta account not Alliance)

Expected behaviour:
Under customize templates in admin accounts, should be able to remove the customizations, works for past templates but not for the Alliance Simplified Template (Funding Application Stage). It is missing the link to remove customizations. I have added customizations into the Alliance simplified template, so not sure why the remove function isn't available

Screenshots show the three different menus available, but should only be the two (one with the remove link added, and then the one with 'customize')

Similar issue with the Guidance group lists. Remove function unavailable in platform (issue present in both UAlberta and Alliance accounts). Not an issue in the sandbox environment
