Hannover-like sidebar

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea how to implement a sidebar like one in Beamer Hannover theme?

Also, I had to modify the theme in order to show only subsections of the current section (which highlights the current subsection), especially when the number of subsections is very big.

Perhaps someone could develop a Hannover theme :)
