I've discovered that restarting the Minikube cluster is problematic. It may take a long time to restart, with just spinning up, or it could stop when the cluster is being stopped and fail to restart afterward.

minikube extension version: v0.4.0, v0.5.0 - next
podman-desktop version: 1.16.0 - next
os: macOs, fedora 41

Reproduced on Win 10.
Don't know if this is the same issue, but after deleting a cluster, creating a new one and restarting it, the previously deleted cluster popped back in, though I am not able to reproduce this reliably.
