We recently found an issue where having the bootc extension installed will cause Podman Desktop to crash on shutdown: podman-desktop/podman-desktop#10926.
This only happens when you haven't done any builds - we try to watch a non-existent folder. This was fixed in #1274.

Do a 1.6.1 release to get this fix out.
