We can pass Podman Desktop URL into pde2e-runner using pdUrl parameter. At this point, testing-prereleases executable does not work, but setup.exe work fine. So the target is to parse url, to see if there is a setup.exe in the path, install it and then produce path to installed binary which works for e2e tests.
