Specifying baseUrl does not work

I tried setting the baseUrl to point to my local instance of play-with-docker and it does not work. Following the example from the readme:

pwd.newSession([{selector: '#myTerm'}], {baseUrl: 'http://localhost'});

a quick javascript debug showed me that the options seem to not be getting read correctly in newSession().
