Upload to PIC32-OTG not possible

Hey there,

I have an issue uploading my compiled code to the microcontroller. I've described it here more in detail:

In a nutshell:

• My board seems to be installed correctly, but does not get any COM port assigned
• Using Pinguino IDE I cannot upload everything
• platformio does not provide any output
• the correct toolchain is installed
