[Bug]: iOS crashes after saving a rendered HTML-linked image to Photos

Steps to reproduce

1. In the T3 Code iOS app, open an HTML file generated by an agent.
2. Tap the link in the HTML file that downloads or opens an image.
3. After the image renders, long-press it.
4. Tap Save to Photos.

Expected behavior

The image should save to Photos and T3 Code should remain open.

Actual behavior

T3 Code crashes when Save to Photos is selected.

Thanks for the clear repro — this looks like a real iOS crash, not a duplicate of #10540 (that one is an RCTMountingManager fault when opening a specific session).

What we think is happening

Agent HTML is previewed in a react-native-webview (WorkspaceFileWebPreview). Tapping an image link stays inside that WebView. Long-press Save to Photos is WKWebView’s system action, not our native image viewer (Quick Look / share).

iOS terminates the app if that action runs without NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription in Info.plist. That key was added in #8959 (2026-08-31) and is on current main. App Store reports as of 2026-09-07 were still on 1.0.3, and a JS/OTA update cannot add a plist key. A 1.0.3 / 1.0.4 install is the textbook crash for this gesture. Native image files go through a different path and should not hit this.

Not a wash duplicate of #10540. No open PR intercepts WebView image navigation or replaces this save action.

For us

1. Reproduce on 1.0.3/1.0.4 vs a 1.1.0 native build that includes feat(mobile): add native image and PDF previews #8959.
2. If 1.1.0 is clean, this should be fixed by the next App Store native release.
3. If it still crashes with the usage string present, capture the stack and either route image navigations into the native image preview or handle save ourselves.

Thanks, that diagnosis fits the exact flow I saw. I can confirm this happened inside the HTML preview after the linked image opened, rather than from T3 Code's native image preview.

I can't verify the app build, iPhone model, or iOS version from this Mac, and I don't have the .ips file handy, so I don't want to guess. I'll retest on the next App Store native release containing #8959 and update this issue if it still reproduces.
