Route agent notifications to the device I’m actively using
#24127
I use T3 Code on a desktop MacBook and connect to that MacBook from several iPhones, including over SSH. When I’m actively working on the desktop, I’d prefer agent notifications to appear there instead of continuing to arrive as push notifications on my phones.
Prefer the client I’m actively using for agent activity notifications. For example, when I’m using T3 Code Desktop, notify me there and suppress duplicate mobile push notifications.
When no client is active, send notifications to the device or devices I’ve chosen to receive them.
Support multiple phones, with a way to choose which devices receive notifications.
Treat a closed or disconnected app as inactive, so it won’t keep receiving notifications as though it were in use.
I’m open to a different approach if there’s a better way to handle active-device detection and fallback. What notification behavior and scope would maintainers recommend?
