Fixes black bars in cutscenes when using an ultrawide monitor.

How to use:

Download witcher3_ultrawide_fix.exe for Windows or Download witcher3_ultrawide_fix if you are on Linux (or compile it from source).
Place the tool in the same folder as witcher3.exe (/bin/x64/)
Run the tool and follow instructions
