• OSSへのPRの作り方は調べるとわかりやすいのいっぱいでてきます🚀

対応する

• 対応する（php-en PRと呼びます）PRを決める
• php-en PRが最新の変更なのかを一応確認すると安心する
  • File Changedタブ > View file でphp-en PRに積まれているcommitと一緒だよな、を確認すると良い
  • 
• 空commitで draftなPRを作り、「やってるよ」を表明する
  • 
  • descriptionでこのissueをコール＆php-en PRを貼っておくと良さそう、と思っています
• 翻訳作業をする
  • 基本的には比べっこして、追加修正ならブロックを適切な場所において日本語にする

    • 「この単語（熟語）なんと訳してるんだろう・・・？」は、PHPマニュアルのenバージョンで同じものを探して、日本語マニュアルでなんと訳していそうかを調べたりしました
