OS deployment: Empty flavour list on de.NBI Giessen OS cloud

Hi, deploying in the Bielefeld de.NBI OpenStack fails because the flavour list is empty.

Sijin found out on Oct 25th @ 3:57pm in #tech that the UUID is missing in the URL
that tries to obtain the flavour details: https://cloud.computational.bio.uni-giessen.de:5000/v3/flavors/detail
which makes that the built URL gets back a 404 which causes the empty list.

While on the EBI cloud the same call goes to https://extcloud05.ebi.ac.uk:13774/v2.1/107e12ca0ac1471abdb78ddc8e6eefae/flavors/detail
