Injectable properties for portal #1

We should have the following properties as injectable, so that they can be defined at the level of the helm deployment:

EBI (TSI) Portal URL
Cloud deploy KubeNow Git repo URL
Whether this is a prod or development deployment (which could trigger some change in the UI which indicates users that this is portaldev as opposed to portal).
