Request an option button to allow the changelog.md can have the following output:
Consecutive changes on one notes would be merged as one record.
That would be: If A-A-A-A-B-A-A-A --> A-B-A.
That would be very meaningful update in my opinion because I use this plugin as a daily working log.
Is that a good or bad idea?

Isn't it the current behaviour? We do not keep track of consecutive changes to a note, only the last modification date is used in the changelog.
Sorry, something went wrong.
I am preparing release for 1.0.0. Unfortunately this request did not make it into 1.0.0. I will revisit the request again after that release.
