Comment input field does not displayed sometimes. #5

The dialog of submitting comments will miss comment input field if click comment-link-front and comment-link-end several times(comments are over 5).

The are conflict qtip divs with the same id, it maybe the root cause.

Still not fixed but could be due to bug in qTip2. Affects very few people. Will discuss on the qTip2 forum when time allows.
