Add Auto-Continue on More Pages

Bite Acquisition Check should already have an auto-continue, if the user wants to proceed to the staging configuration. If acquisition failed in that case, they'll have to pause and go back.

Bite Done should not yet have an Auto-Continue because we have no way of detecting when the bite is done. But once we have a working Food on Fork system, then we should add an Auto-Continue option.
