percona-postgis package gdal311-libs missing package libqhull

Hi,

You guys rebuild the postgis packages including gdal311-libs but did not provide libqhull in your repo. Consequences are, users get an error when trying to install percona-postgis.

System: RHEL 9.x
Repo: ppg-16
Steps to reproduce error after repo added to host:

1. dnf install percona-postgis35_16.x86_64 returns
   Problem: package percona-postgis35_16-3.5.4-2.el9.x86_64 from ppg-16 requires libgdal.so.37()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed package percona-postgis35_16-3.5.4-2.el9.x86_64 from ppg-16 requires gdal311-libs >= 3.11.0, but none of the providers can be installed cannot install the best candidate for the job nothing provides libqhull_r.so.7()(64bit) needed by gdal311-libs-3.11.0-2.rhel9.x86_64 from OSIT_RHEL9_postgresql_ppg-16

The workaround is to use the RockyLinux package from pkgs.org.

Currently, we do not provide libqhull in our repo. Could you please try enabling the codeready builder repository on RHEL 9 before installing postgis, so that libqhull is installed?

sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled codeready-builder-for-rhel-9-rhui-rpms
