automatically claim unclaimed swaps

we have all the necessary tools to add a mechanism for automatically claiming unclaimed swaps. Ideally, the user shouldn't need to manually handle unclaimed swaps claims if they previously weren't completed for any reason. This is particularly important for the dex-explorer, as there is currently no designated place to claim these swaps.
