Add support for LQT events to reindexer

There's ongoing work in the protocol repo to add support for LQTs. The reindexer code should be updated to understand new events across all relevant historical versions. Likely this will involve creating backports to historical protocol branches such as release/v0.79.x and release/v0.80.x, if the event in question affects functionality that's not LQT-specific.

This work is likely blocked by resolution of #30, given that we need to get v1 compat resolved in order to pull in newer-than-v1 LQT changes.
