Pasting <fitered> cliboard data/text

Hello,

I am using the extension for a couple of weeks now but I am missing a feature: I would love to paste the rich text from clipboard (html-formatted) but to get rid of the complex formatting. For example I would like to keep only the <h1><h2><h3>..<hn><h><p><b><i><u><em> etc, without custom styles, flashing text, etc. I am striving for something like the Confluence editor from Atlassian.
And, as you have now the Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Shift+V, let's say that a Ctr+Alt+V would do the trick ;) for a shortcut.
I could also try to help with the programming on this but I need some directions as I have never created Chrome Extensions and I never worked with TS.
Would it be hard to accomplish?

I found out that TinyMCE has the same behavior: it pastes a clean/filtered formatting.
