Visualization tool for single neurons
- Loading a hoc file (Ovsepian et al. 2013 in the following example). Neurosurf automatically parses the file and creates the 3D morphology of the neuron.
- Importing the result of the simulation (Neuron).
- Pick a compartment, pick a point in time, and plot the activation.
