Add support for RTL languages (Hebrew and Arabic)

An absolute MUST for all users that communicate in languages written from right to left - such as Hebrew and Arabic.
Old pebble had the elbbeP initiative that provided a modified firmware which supported these languages.
Please add this support 🙏

I just received my new Pebble 2 Duo (firmware v4.9.65-stop0) and I'm disappointed that Arabic language support is not available.

As an Arabic speaker, this is a critical feature for me to be able to read notifications and use the watch properly. I would greatly appreciate if RTL language support (Arabic) could be added to the new PebbleOS firmware.

The old elbbeP project (https://github.com/cpfair/elbbep) already has the code for this feature - it just needs to be ported to the new firmware version.

I'd love this as well, my old Time is dying out for some time now, and the only thing stopping me from getting the new watch is lack of RTL.
