How to render content that posted by Payload CMS in React@16 project?

Currently, I generate the posts using the Payload CMS, and I am ready to render the content in a React@16 project.

However, I found that the image, blockquote, and user relationship are lost. Below is the converter I'm using. Is there any suggestion? Appreciate it!
