Feature Proposal: Add publishedAt field support to scheduled publish

Overview

I would like to propose adding support for a publishedAt field that gets automatically set and updated when content is scheduled for publishing.

Current Behavior

Currently, when scheduling content for publishing:

• The _status field changes from draft to published when the scheduled job executes
• There's no automatic tracking of when content was actually published

Proposed Behavior

When scheduling content for publishing:

1. When scheduling: Set publishedAt field to the scheduled date/time
2. When job executes: Update publishedAt to the actual execution time
3. Status remains draft: Keep _status as draft until the job executes (no breaking changes)

Use Cases

• Track when content was actually published vs when it was scheduled
• Enable frontend queries to filter/sort by publication date
• Better audit trail for content publication history

Implementation Approach

• Add publishedAt to SchedulePublishTaskInput type
• Update schedule job handler to set/update publishedAt field
• Pass scheduled date from schedulePublishHandler to job input
• Add tests to verify behavior

Questions

1. Should this be opt-in (only if collection has publishedAt field) or automatic?
2. Should we also update publishedAt when manually publishing (not scheduled)?
3. Any concerns about this approach?
