Create presentation deck for UXD product designer education

The product designers in UXD should be made aware of upcoming changes to PatternFly, This deck is mostly for high-level information, not for details such as how to consume/use the theme, specific color token updates or a new design kit.

Topics include, but may not be limited to:

• Brand alignment of default theme 

• New Unified theme 

• New contrast modes (high contrast & glass) 

• New page layouts (compass & docked nav)
