Single Application Icon in Ubuntu Dock and Proper Application Icon

When I pin the KafkaEsque icon to the Ubuntu dock and click on it to open the application, another application appears with a gear icon. Additionally, the KafkaEsque application does not have a proper application icon. It would also be beneficial to add the application to the Ubuntu applications menu upon installation.

Expected Behavior

1. Pinning the KafkaEsque icon to the Ubuntu dock should result in a single application icon.
2. The KafkaEsque application should have a proper application icon.
3. The application should be added to the Ubuntu applications menu upon installation.

Current Behavior

1. Pinning the KafkaEsque icon to the Ubuntu dock and opening it results in another application appearing with a gear icon.
2. The KafkaEsque application does not have a proper application icon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pin the KafkaEsque icon to the Ubuntu dock.
2. Click on the pinned icon to open the application.
3. Observe the appearance of another application with a gear icon.

Environment

• OS: Ubuntu 2404.1 LTS
• KafkaEsque Version: 2.9.5

Additional Information

It would enhance the user experience if the application had a proper icon and was added to the Ubuntu applications menu upon installation.
