Original Portuguese Piri Piri Hot Sauce, 1 bottle
Corisca Hot Crushed Peppers, 2 spoonfuls
Red Wine Vinegar, 10 dashes
Dijon Mustard, 3 spoonfuls
Garlic Seasoning, to taste
Linguiça Seasoning, to tase
MSG, to taste
Maple Syrup, 2 spoonfuls
Lemon Juice, to taste

Emulsify in Immersion Blender

Too much vinegar, needs more acid
