This script can be reused for extending existing early-warning solution by organisations and institutions. It can use existing outputs of detectors and devices in CAP/XML, XML, HTML in order to reach as many internet users on their widely used user-friendly platforms as possible: social media Facebook and Twitter, mobile app and notifications or e-mail campaign.
