Redirect the old changelog page to the new one

Hello,
I bookmarked this page a while ago: https://help.passbolt.com/releases/
However it’s not updated anymore in favor of https://www.passbolt.com/changelog/api-bext.

I think it would make sense to add a notice on the old page or redirect it to the new one.
