Transaction pool benchmarks

With #9958 we have added a transaction pool benchmark. It would be nice to add some more scenarios and see how they perform.

• Have multiple accounts send transactions and some of them should reuse a nonce. We already have seen this in the "wild" and that lead to transactions being stuck in the tx pool. To fully reproduce this we may need to start 2 nodes.

I'm assuming reusing a nonce is the same as creating 2 nodes then having the second node execute the same transaction(i.e create_benchmark_extrinsic)?

How would the second node be aware of the transactions that have taken place on the first node?

Creating 2 nodes? What you mean?

By syncing & importing the blocks that have included the transactions?

I think its enough if you modify this logic and use multiple accounts with nonce re-using.
No need for multiple nodes, the test runs all within one binary.
