• Refactor Popup Page UI to to adapt to figma files #977
• Fix "network is disconnected" functionality (that will be done for now when peers = 0 - showing the reason. #979

Refactor Options Page UI

• Refactor Options Page UI to adjust to figma files #980
• Add bootnodes functionality API and save in extension localstorage #981

Once #981 is done:

• create UI for bootnodes editing #982

We also need to address an easy way to submit issues to smoldot repo once smoldot crashes:

• Report issue controls/buttons #1031
