Make simpletext terminating receive characters configurable.

Currently, dscan, readStr and others in the simpletext library have hard coded terminating characters that make coding cumbersome for some devices.  Useful defaults plus the ability to configure terminating character(s) for a given device might make coding device drivers more approachable.
