As you can see, the device does exist in /dev/input, but even when running ./qjoypad --device /dev/input/ (from local directory) it does not list the device.
It is a USB adapter for old Logitech pedals from Leo Bodnar, more info here and it allows the old pedals to be used via USB instead of the DB9 connector, which I believe need to be connected to the wheel (which I dont have)
