Typo in github release for v2.3.0.250703

The github release https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas-stubs/releases/tag/v2.0.3.250703 name starts with v2.0.3. It should start with v2.3.0.

It is also a bit weird that a more recent release tag (v2.3.0.250702) has an older release data than the mislabeled tag (v2.0.3.250703)?
