Tag 10.16.1 disappeared

Hi. Pulling the latest 10.16 owncloud images throws error Error manifest for owncloud/server:10.16 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown. It seems 10.16.1 tag is missing and cannot be resolved.

I also see a lot of activity/pushed image changes on the same tag e.g: 10.16 was updated on march 23, march 22march 19 (twice on the same day), etc.

There was an attack on the build infrastructure and as you said, the image was built in the affected time.
