Bug: IP Not Changed During Curl Request

Describe the bug
IP changer not working properly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make curl -s https://checkip.amazonaws.com and check your IP
2. Activate the IP changer
3. Reboot
4. Type sudo kali-whoami --status and verify that the service is still on
5. Make curl -s https://checkip.amazonaws.com and check your IP
6. Your real IP is visible

Expected behavior
My IP was supposed to be masked, but its not.

Dont want to expose my public IP, but reproduced it on VM and on my raspbery pi4b with latest kali.
