Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The driver doesn't parse and emit the alerts field in the packet, that is because the current driver is based on SDK 0.11.1 which didn't have the methods to parse this flag yet. So we probably need to update to the latest SDK version before this can be achieved.

The Telemetry message include a field for the packets alerts field.
