Run timer delay

You can now add a delay to the start button by changing 'run_timer_delay_seconds' in mf_config.ini

Compatibility

Now with backwards compatibility (config file is recreated when a new version is downloaded).

Also there is now an option to make tab keys global or only in focus

Fix duplicate keys

Now shows an error if you assign to an already existing key
