QSPI module support

Hi all, Is there any impediment to creating a module supporting QSPI peripheral? there's displays, memory devices and other devices that can use the QSPI to transfer large amount of data at low clock rates but are limited to SPI with high and sometimes unreacheable due to hardware limits clock rate due to single line nature of SPI, why there´s not support to machine.QSPI module?
