Using TableV2 cdk construct and streams results in duplicate tables listed

Hi @jayalfredprufrock thanks for following up on this.

We've reproduced the issue: a DynamoDB table created via the CDK TableV2 construct with a stream enabled is listed twice by list-tables, even though only one real table actually exists. We've escalated it to our engineering team to get it fixed.
