Entity Committee Restart

I would like to restart the Entity Committee to further develop this concept and the associated tools and UI. This has some urgency as Arctos collections are involved and participating in the "ZooMu" NSF TCN which deals with integrating zoo collections and databases with museum collections as repositories. This means dealing with multiple samples taken from a single captive individual over its lifetime and across multiple zoos and institutions, which specifically is what Entities enable by providing a single dashboard in Arctos and also an "organism ID" in DwC.
