orjson 3.11.3 patches for GraalPy 25

I've used the orjson 3.10.18 patches as a base to get orjson 3.11.3 working under GraalPy 25. I don't know how to turn this into a patch on the source wheel (1. due to an entire dependency upgrade 2. due to me not really being a Python developer), so I'm leaving my work here for someone who knows what to do with it. File was generated with git diff.

I'm trying to create an Oracle account to sign the CLA (apparently my Oracle Cloud account is not an Oracle account), but it is asking for a Work Phone which I do not have as a student. (To be brutally honest, I wish I didn't have to make an Oracle account at all and it could just work like Microsoft's CLA, where you accept it from a GitHub bot.)

I'd argue that because the requisite changes are "just port the patch from 3.10.18 and update both pyo3-ffi crates from 25 to 26" my patch file can be completely ignored in the process, but I'll still move forward with the CLA if requested.
