Bulk/Batch Download for Selected Recordings

Hi! I'd like to request a quality-of-life feature for the Recordings page.

The Problem:
Currently, when I select multiple recordings using the checkboxes in the table view, the only available batch actions are "Delete Selected" or "Delete All Filtered".
If I need to export multiple events (e.g., backing up 10 detections from a specific incident), I have to click the download button on each row individually.

The Request:
Please add a "Download Selected" button next to the delete buttons.

Suggested Behavior:
When clicked, it could either:

1. Zip the selected files server-side and trigger a single .zip download (Preferred, to keep it clean).
2. Or trigger sequential downloads for the selected files.

This would be a huge time saver for exporting evidence!
