To reproduce:

  • Submit a job
  • Confirmation email sent to you
  • DONT confirm, but attempt to login using credentials sent to you
  • Login fails with 'not confirmed' (expected behaviour)
  • Another welcome message is sent to the user, this time without a password (not expected behaviour)

Should not generate an email but the error should remind the user to check their email.
