performAuthorizationRequest fails first time on Android Pie (9)

Hi,
I'm not sure if it is a bug in new android version or emulator or smth, cause it works fine on emulation and real devices from API 16 to 27.

Steps:

1. click on button with onClick that calls performAuthorizationRequest
2. screen glitches for a moment
3. onResume recieves intent with "User cancelled flow" exception

Android OS version: [major.min]
Library version: [X.Y.Z]
Identity Provider: [provider]

Android SDK: major 28 min 16
Library: net.openid:appauth:0.7.0

Do not remember anything about identity provider

@SDemonUA Thank you for replying, although was expecting @ytanaka-skiyaki to provide more up to date information.
There is no indication the issue reproduces in the latest versions of the lib, and would like to know if this issue is still around.
